Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an electronics or tech-related industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software.
