Experience with both technical systems and aquatic systems.
I've been responsible for customer retention my entire career, as every position has been forward facing as well as solving back end issues. many times after the training period I've been responsible completely for entire sections of the workplace with an inability to contact a manager and solving issues myself.

Lead Technical Advisor to the Head Manager for both the scheduling system and the employee time keeping system
Maintain and operate the scheduling system responsible for enrolling patrons on a flexible schedule into classes
Assist in facility upkeep and maintenance such as, backroom pumps, filter systems, and the onsite PA system
Teaching children ages 2-14 how to swim
