• Managed guest experience onboard, delivering an extremely high standard of service, dining and diving on a premier diving liveaboard with itineraries across the eastern half of Indonesia
• Liaised between guests and Indonesian crew members to ensure every need and request was met
• Oversaw operations of 17 Indonesian crew members across all departments
