Divemaster internship in the National marine park of Alonissos in Greece

We offer free PADI Divemaster internship for the summer season of 2025 (May to mid October). If you are a fun, outgoing, enthusiastic, hardworking individual and want to gain proper training to become a professional diver send us your CV and join our dive team!

Our dive center is a 5* Instructor Development Dive Resort located on Alonissos Island, Greece. The greatest advantage of this Greek island scuba dive  site is that the whole area has been declared a National Marine Park since 1992. Therefore this marine ecosystem is one of the most preserved in the Med providing an excellent opportunity for diving into crystal clear waters of significant importance to our European and world heritage.

The internship includes learning about all aspects of the diving industry – diving, guiding, office work, customer service, filling tanks, working in the dive shop, handling social media and photos. The course also has a fair amount of theory to study – we are confident that our training program will fully equip you to work anywhere in the world as a Divemaster!

We offer free full training up to Divemaster, free accommodation in a shared apartment, use of our equipment and the opportunity to gain day to day experience in the work environment of the diving industry. We also do Instructor Development courses that you can participate in with great discount.

Intern should:

-Be 20+ year old

-Be an open water diver

-Enjoy working as part of a team, be enthusiastic

–Be responsible, self-contained and be serious about diving

-Be prepared for long days during high season and have a more flexible schedule in low season. Hours are long but very rewarding!

– Be capable of carrying weights (scuba equipment)

– Must be able to commit to a 4 month period

– Enjoy socializing with client

– Adept at social media

– Have a health medical statement (not exceeding 6 months)

– Boat driver’s license and car license not required but appreciated

– Be fluent in English

– EU passport holder

– Languages other than English will be a bonus!
