Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to manage and oversee our financial operations. As an Accountant at PixelForge Studios, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial statements, maintaining financial records, and supporting our budgeting and forecasting processes. Your role will be crucial in supporting our business growth and financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and statements.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Support the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and guidance.
• Assist with audits and tax filings as required.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role, preferably in the entertainment or gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
