PADI Open Water Scuba Instructors Wanted to Lead Summer Diving Program in Caribbean

Broadreach is seeking PADI Open Water Scuba Instructors to lead teen diving programs in the Caribbean.

Seeking Instructors available from June to August.

Programs are limited to 12 students led by a team of two to three instructors. Dive instructors work alongside a marine biologist, skipper, or another dive instructor to successfully lead live aboard programs and introduce students to diving and help them gain more confidence in open water diving. 

Programs are based out of St. Martin. Our office is based out of Raleigh NC.

Qualifications

• PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor certification with active teaching status.
• Previous experience working with teens or young adults, preferably in a camp or 24/7 setting.
• Passion for mentoring and motivating students and fostering cultural understanding.
• Specialty teaching certifications or willingness to obtain some of the following: underwater naturalist, boat diver, peak performance buoyancy diver, AWARE-coral reef conservation, AWARE-fish identification, night diver, wreck diver, and deep diver.
• Ability to conduct orientations, safety briefings and all lessons in English.

Students and instructors will stay on boats for the duration of the program. Food and accommodations will be provided while on site. Flight stipend included.
