Job Description

We are a 5* IDC center, actively looking for a new Assistant Manager for one of our branches in Nusa Lembongan island, Bali.

This is a semi-dry position available to start ASAP.

Requirements:

  • PADI OWSI or higher with min 2 years of experience
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Chinese
  • Leadership and Guest Orientated
  • Experience in Sales and retail 
  • Backoffice skills
  • Comfortable living on a small island

We offer:

  • An attractive package that includes a basic salary, commission on service charges and sales, and management commission.
  • Working Permit (Kitas) will be provided at a shared cost
