Looking for an AWESOME Dutch or American Instructor

IMPORTANT:
Due to Curacao Work and Residential Permit restrictions, this position is only available for current, renewed, insured PADI Instructors holding Dutch or American passports, or with other official permission to live and work in Curacao.

Our small but beautifully formed PADI Instructor team delivers quality, easy and #seriouslyfun shore diving adventures and PADI dive courses, all year round, with a strong focus on ocean protection.

TDB Crew are involved in all aspects of the smooth running of, and working in, a growing dive shop. Besides guiding dives on our stunning house reef and around the island, and teaching PADI dive courses from DSD to DM, you’ll also be involved with retail sales, reservations, admin, logistics, equipment maintenance, taking care of the building, grounds and vehicles, and a whole bunch of things we haven’t even thought of yet.

What do you need to be part of this crew?

The initial contract is for 12 months, with a 2 month probation period. In addition, applicants MUST:

• have a good understanding of what The Dive Bus is and does
• good communication skills
• be current, renewed and insured, PADI OWSI or above
• be hardworking with a focus on safety
• have professional liability insurance (this is not provided through our dive shop)
• speak and write fluent English and/or Dutch
• be minimum 25 years old (for vehicle insurance)
• hold a clean, valid drivers license
• be experienced and comfortable driving a 15 passenger vehicle
• be a team player with initiative to work on your own
• be fully up-to-date with PADI Standards
