Free Divemaster and Instructor internships – Caribbean

Hello from the Dressel Divers team!

Dressel Divers is a very well-established company with dive centers in Mexico, Dominican Republic, and Jamaica, providing SCUBA diving services to IBEROSTAR HOTELS & RESORTS.

We offer you the training needed for FREE from “zero to hero” * and future employment as an instructor. Here, at Dressel Divers, we offer internships where you can get the all courses up to PADI Instructor course for free (except PADI fees and course materials).

We offer these Divemaster and Instructor internships all year round which you can join individually or in sequence. Partners and friends are also welcome to join you with the same conditions.

* If positions are almost covered, we may require you to be at least Open Water Diver certified from any diving federation.

We will take into consideration your preference of destination.

DIVEMASTER INTERNSHIP (6 months)

A 6 months internship in which you participate fully in the dive center tasks as assigned by the manager in exchange for all courses and dives leading up to and including the PADI Divemaster level for free except PADI fees—128 USD and course materials—243 USD. This dive center participation program gives a free daily breakfast and lunch (no dinners), free lodging (shared room), a free daily morning dive, free dive equipment use and a good sales commissions to help you cover these costs. Anything extra is for you to keep.

NEW! If you are already Rescue Diver certified from any federation the divemaster internship is reduced to ONLY 4 MONTHS!

INSTRUCTOR INTERNSHIP (6 months)

If already a divemaster we offer a 6 months internship in which you participate fully in the dive center tasks as assigned by the manager in exchange for the IDC course for free including study materials and IE exam (except PADI fees = 1.207 USD). This dive center participation program also gives free breakfast and lunch, free shared accommodation (youth hostel style), free daily dives, free dive equipment use and a sales commission to help you cover this cost. Anything extra is for you to keep.

Upon successful completion of this internship and the PADI IDC you may be offered employment at Dressel Divers.
